Ingredients for Puff Pastry Swirls
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 3.5 oz smoked scamorza cheese (sliced or grated)
- 6 tablespoons tomato sauce
- as needed dried oregano

Preparation of Puff Pastry Swirls
1 – Unroll the puff pastry and spread the tomato sauce with a spoon
2 – Add the grated smoked scamorza cheese (or thin slices) and sprinkle with dried oregano
3 – Roll from the shorter side to form a log
4 – With a sharp knife, cut into about 12 pieces.
5 – Place each piece on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper
COOKING: Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F until golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes (depending on your oven)
