Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp pistachio flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- lemon zest
- pistachio paste

Add the lemon zest, butter, and finally the egg, mix well, and add a bit of milk to blend well.
The dough should not be firm but a bit sticky, if needed oil your hands.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, form patties, flatten them, and then fill the center with pistachio cream.
Close them up, always helping with oiled hands if needed.
Heat the oil in a tall pan and cook the fritters for a few minutes.
Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
