Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 2.8 oz provola cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

If the bottom is too light, remove it from the pan after 15 minutes and continue baking for another 10 minutes.

  • Wash the spinach and cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper with a closed lid for 5-7 minutes.

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, the water, and the oil, knead well and divide the mixture into two parts.

  • Roll out the sheets with a rolling pin on a floured surface and place one half in a pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Fill with drained spinach, diced provola, and eggs beaten with a fork.

  • Cover with the other sheet, seal the edges, and make holes with a fork, brush with oil and cook in the air fryer at 340°F for 15 minutes, check and continue for another 10 minutes.

  • If there are no fillings leaking and you can, you can flip it and cook a few more minutes.
