Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs

- 1 orange zest
- 1 tsp fresh yeast

Steps

Knead and finally add the salt.
Work it well, then form a ball and let it rest until doubled in size in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for about 3 hours.
Once risen, take the dough and divide it into 10 pieces, make rolls as thick as your pinky finger or thicker and close into a doughnut shape.
They are longer than classic doughnuts.
Let rest for 20 minutes, then fry in hot oil, turning them, for a few minutes.
Drain on kitchen paper and roll in granulated sugar.
