Loredana’s Tips
You can prepare the rolls in advance and store them in a container in the fridge for two days or freeze them
If you prefer, you can change the filling according to your tastes, for instance with speck, smoked scamorza, or other melting cheese
You can also cook them in the oven: place them in a baking dish, add a drizzle of oil, half a glass of wine, salt, and rosemary, and let them bake in a static oven at 375°F for 18-20 minutes
