  • 7 oz ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • Half coffee cup water
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry compote (sugar-free)
  • Half tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

To make the

  • You need to get a bowl with whisks or an immersion blender, and start by whipping the egg whites with erythritol and vanillin.

  • Once they’re well whipped, you can add the sifted powders, namely the oat flour, cocoa, and baking powder, and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
