Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 oz milk
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.28 oz fresh yeast
- 4.23 tbsp butter
- lemon zest
- Nutella®
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in some milk.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, soft butter in pieces, eggs, lemon zest, and work the ingredients a bit by adding the yeast and milk.
Lastly, add a pinch of salt, knead well, form a ball, and let rise for about 3 hours.
Once risen, take the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
Roll out each piece and create rectangles, fill them with Nutella, then roll and pair the rolls two by two.
Place them on baking paper and let rest for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the braids by turning them until golden, drain on kitchen paper, and roll in sugar.
