- 7 oz provola (or fresh cheese)
- 1.5 cups breadcrumbs (Sicilian-style seasoned, see recipe)
- 1 tbsp capers in salt (desalted)
- 2 tbsps almonds (ground)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 oz milk
- 10 leaves basil

The first thing you need to do is wash the peppers and grill them on the grill click here

Line a mold with the pepper strips, alternating colors.
At this point, add the provola cubes.
Now transfer the mixture inside the mold and level the surface with a wet spoon.
Bake in a 356°F static oven for 30 minutes.
Then let it cool and invert.
Brush with a little extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
