Chicken Strips with Zucchini

Chicken strips with zucchini

A tasty, very flavorful recipe, great to serve as a main and side dish or as a single dish if we want a lighter meal. The chicken strips with zucchini are made in the pan in a few minutes with very few additional seasonings. This recipe is great if we have to prepare dinner/lunch and have little time available or don’t feel like spending too much time in the kitchen.

Steps

The preparation of chicken strips with zucchini is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, we deal with the chicken breast, cut it into strips of the desired size, and coat it with flour. Meanwhile, in a pan, we put some oil, garlic, and let it fry.

  • Add the floured chicken strips (trying to remove the excess flour) and let them cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with white wine. Meanwhile, we take care of the zucchini, wash, clean, and cut them into cubes.

  • We put them together with the chicken, salt to taste, and let them cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
