Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 5.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, sugar, and salt, then mix before adding the egg and oil, and mix again.
Work well and add a bit of milk to combine everything and obtain a soft and non-sticky dough.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it in a 8-9 inch baking pan, setting aside some pastry for the lattice strips.
Fill with jam and decorate with the strips.
Cook in the air fryer at 340°F for 15 minutes or in the oven at 355°F for about 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let it cool before slicing.
