Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups + 1/4 cup flour
- 7 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs + 3 yolks
- grated zest of one orange
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 2/3 cup + 1/3 cup sugar

Here is the procedure:
Prepare the shortcrust by placing the butter with the 1/3 cup of sugar and the orange zest in a bowl
Mix.
