Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- lemon zest
- orange zest
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh yeast
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp orange juice
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Place the flour in a bowl, add the sugar, orange, and lemon zest, then the egg and softened butter.
Start mixing, then add the milk with the yeast and mix well.
Knead the ingredients into a rectangle, bring the short side towards the center, cover with the other short side, and shape into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rest until it doubles, about 3 hours.
After rising, take the dough and divide it into pieces, fill the center with Nutella and close.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 355°F, bake and cook for about 15-20 minutes or with the air fryer at 302°F for 15 minutes.
