Take the fresh cod fillet, already cleaned, check again that there are no bones left then place it on a plate, pat it with a paper towel, and oil it well on all sides.
In a bowl pour the spices, namely sweet paprika, ground ginger, white pepper, and garlic powder. Add the bread crumbs and mix with a spoon.
Coat the cod fillet in the mix of bread crumbs and spices and place it in a non-stick baking tray.
Bake the cod fillet in a preheated oven at 350°F and cook it for about 20 minutes in convection mode.
After the cooking time has elapsed, the cod fillet should be well golden on the surface, remove it from the oven and serve it hot by adding some fresh chopped parsley.

As a substitute for fresh cod fillet, you can use frozen one after defrosting.
