  • 5.29 oz fresh sheep cheese (or tuma)
  • 1.76 oz Pecorino Romano (grated)
  • 2.82 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Steps

To prepare the

  • Wash the peppers, remove the stem and seeds, and slice them together

  • with the onion and spread them on the baking tray with parchment paper. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

  • At this point, cook them:

    in a fan oven at 356°F for 20 minutes, 30 minutes if the oven is static.

  • In an air fryer at 392°F for 15 minutes

  • At the end of cooking, take them out of the oven, sprinkle with Pecorino and plenty of basil, and mix everything,
