Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 mandarin
Steps

Squeeze half of the mandarin into the dough and work the ingredients.
Move to the pastry board, if needed add a bit of flour and roll out the pastry.
Spray with the other half of the mandarin and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Roll up and cut into 7-8 pieces or as you prefer, arrange everything on the baking sheet lined with paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-18 minutes.
Alternatively, you can cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 12 minutes, then check and cook another 3 minutes if needed.
