Ingredients for Fried Pizza:
- 4 cups Manitoba flour
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 0.4 oz fresh yeast
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp sugar

Put the flour, a little salt. Add the yeast, sugar and some water and mix well to dissolve it. Add it.
Add the remaining water and mix and knead until you get a smooth dough. Finally, add a bit of oil and continue kneading for a few minutes. Let it rise for about 2 hours in a warm place.
After about 2 hours, divide it into small pieces and roll out one piece at a time. Fry them in hot oil for a few minutes then serve them plain with a little salt or stuffed as you like!
If you want, you can also make a few sweet ones by sprinkling sugar on top.
