Ingredients

  • 14 oz cauliflower
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 7 oz sweet pancetta
  • 6/7 sage leaves
  • Butter

  • Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets…
