- 125 g plain yogurt
- 110 g sugar
- 5 tablespoons instant coffee

Preparation of the cold coffee cream
In a bowl, pour the yogurt with the sugar and coffee and mix well with the electric whisks until you get a uniform mixture.
Now add the mascarpone and mix again with the electric whisks until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
When serving, put the cream in bowls using a spoon.
