Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Half packet baking powder
- Nutella®
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp milk
Steps
Pour the flour with baking powder and sugar into a bowl, add the butter in pieces and the egg, knead and move to the work surface.
Work well then roll out the shortbread on the work surface and fill with Nutella.
Roll it up well and place the roll in a loaf pan lined with paper.
Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
Melt the chocolate with the milk and pour it over the roll, then let it cool in the fridge.
