No rising needed but with a soft dough that can be prepared in advance, the no-rise Christmas party pizzettes remain very soft, topped in many ways besides the classic tomato sauce and mozzarella, they are the favorite snack for both adults and children.
I filled them with mozzarella, tomato, and oregano, some with ham, others with bacon, and finally the best ones were with mushroom and walnut mousse, a delight of goodness.

- 1 pinch salt

Steps

The dough should be very soft, almost sticky but workable.
