Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- pancetta
- speck
- mortadella
- salami
- provola
- carrots
- fennel
- olives
Steps
Place the puff pastry inside a loaf pan.
Twist the ends to form the candy shape.
Pierce the pastry with a fork and place parchment paper inside to prevent it from curling and losing shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.
Check occasionally how it’s cooking, then remove it from the mold if necessary and bake a few more minutes outside.
Let it cool and fill with whatever you prefer, perfect with cold cuts and cheeses, salad, fennel, carrots, radishes, olives, cooked but cold vegetables to avoid piercing the pastry.
