How delicious air fryer carrots are. Delicious and super easy to make. You can serve them as a side dish or even as a snack to nibble with your hands just like I did. I’m sure you’ll manage to get even those who hate vegetables, like kids, to eat them. In short, I can say that they were a great discovery. I’ve already been asked to make them again because this time I almost devoured them all myself.

How to Prepare Air Fryer Carrots
Trim the carrots, peel them, wash them, and dry them by patting with kitchen paper.
Then cut them into sticks. Try to make them as even as possible to ensure uniform cooking.
Transfer the carrot sticks to a plate or bowl and season them with salt, paprika, and oil to taste. I used hot paprika, but sweet paprika is fine too.
Then place them in the air fryer basket previously lined with parchment paper.
Cook the carrots in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 356°F (180°C), stirring halfway through cooking.
Once ready, transfer them to the serving plate and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Adjust salt if necessary. They are excellent both hot and at room temperature. Enjoy! Paola
