Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cups rice flour
  • 2/3 cup potato starch
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Steps

  • Peel the bananas, cut them lengthwise into “two strips”

  • and mash the remaining part

  • add the sugar along with the oil and eggs

  • whisk with beaters

  • combine the banana puree with the mixture and mix.

  • Add the flour, starch, and baking powder and blend

  • Add the chocolate chips

  • Place in a greased and floured pan

  • Insert the previously cut banana strips and chocolate chips as desired

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
