- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 egg white
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 drops orange juice
Steps
Place the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl, add the butter in pieces, orange juice, and zest, a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Break off pieces of the dough and form 7-8 donuts, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
Whisk the egg white and add some powdered sugar, continue to whisk while adding all the powdered sugar, then the orange drops.
Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool, then dip them in the sugar and place them on a wire rack, then decorate with candied fruit if you like.
