- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3/4 cup milk (warm)
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt
- black pepper
Tools

- 1 Cup

Preparation of Turkey Bites with Milk
Cut the turkey breast into regular bites, coat them in flour, and shake off the excess.
In a small bowl, mix 1/4 oz of flour with the paprika, then sift this mixture into the warm milk and mix everything well with a fork. There should be no lumps.
In a large pan, melt the butter, then add the meat bites and brown them for a few minutes over high heat, stirring very often.
Then wet them with the white wine and let it evaporate.
Once the wine has evaporated, salt and pepper the bites to taste.
At this point, pour the milk mixture into the pan and continue cooking over low heat for 10/12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When cooking is complete, the sauce should have thickened but still be creamy. Adjust the salt if necessary.
Transfer the turkey bites with milk onto the serving dish, sprinkle them with finely chopped fresh parsley, and serve them immediately, piping hot. Enjoy! Paola
