Ingredients for Turkey Bites with Milk

  • 14 oz turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 cup milk (warm)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

Tools

  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Small bowl
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Sieve fine mesh

Preparation of Turkey Bites with Milk

  • Cut the turkey breast into regular bites, coat them in flour, and shake off the excess.

  • In a small bowl, mix 1/4 oz of flour with the paprika, then sift this mixture into the warm milk and mix everything well with a fork. There should be no lumps.

  • In a large pan, melt the butter, then add the meat bites and brown them for a few minutes over high heat, stirring very often.

  • Then wet them with the white wine and let it evaporate.

  • Once the wine has evaporated, salt and pepper the bites to taste.

  • At this point, pour the milk mixture into the pan and continue cooking over low heat for 10/12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • When cooking is complete, the sauce should have thickened but still be creamy. Adjust the salt if necessary.

  • Transfer the turkey bites with milk onto the serving dish, sprinkle them with finely chopped fresh parsley, and serve them immediately, piping hot. Enjoy! Paola
