Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2.1 oz sugar
- 2.8 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.8 oz hazelnut cream (or Nutella)

- chopped hazelnuts
Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar using an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa gradually.
Pour the mixture into a semisphere mold place a teaspoon of homemade hazelnut cream in the center, then bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Decorate with Nutella, chopped hazelnuts, rosemary needles, and red fruits.
