- 3 lbs potatoes
- 7 oz cooked ham
- 5 oz fontina cheese
- 5 oz galbanino cheese
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs as needed

Steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them
Wash and boil them in salted water
Mash them in a potato masher
Beat the eggs and add them to the potatoes along with salt and cheeses.
Mix well.
Place the mixture in a buttered and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking dish.
Add the cooked ham and cover to make the second layer
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and small butter bits
Bake in oven at 356°F for 30 minutes
