Quick puff pastries
If you want to prepare a breakfast like in a café at home but have little time available, I recommend trying this simple and quick recipe. A recipe that is prepared in a few minutes using ready-made puff pastry, which we will fill, shape into croissants, and finally bake. For the filling, you can choose spreads or jams as you like. If you brush them with plant-based milk at the end, you have vegan croissants so that everyone can enjoy them, even those who are vegan, intolerant, or for various reasons cannot eat eggs or milk. A very convenient thing I recommend is (if you end up with too many croissants) to freeze them and bake them in the morning as needed in the oven or even in the air fryer, so you can enjoy freshly baked croissants, a real treat!

Steps
The preparation of quick puff pastries is very simple and fast, watch the video HERE.
Open the first roll of puff pastry and brush it with a bit of milk, which can also be plant-based. Place the second roll of pastry on top, making sure to align them well.
Roll over with a rolling pin and then cut to obtain 8 equal pieces. Put a teaspoon of jam or other filling on each piece and then roll up slightly stretching the pastry.
Brush a little milk on top and add some sprinkles to distinguish the different flavors. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
