Steps
To make
We’ll start by cleaning the prawns, removing heads, shells, and the black vein, rinse them and let them drain.
Be sure not to throw away the scraps with which you can make a good prawn broth, which can make nice dishes.
Clean the peppers by removing the stalk, seeds, and white filaments, and cut them first into strips and then each strip in half
Continue by toasting the sesame first, in the same pan where we will cook everything, so you need a large pan.
Once the sesame seeds are toasted, set them aside in a bowl.
In a plate, coat the prawns with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and in the same pan without washing it, well-heated, place the prawns for 15 seconds
on each side, then……
set aside, along with the sesame.
Still in the same pan without washing it, pour the remaining oil, and the onion in thin slices, and brown over high flame.
As soon as the onion is browned, add the peppers, and cook stirring occasionally until the peppers are softened, if necessary add a little water,
Now add the soy sauce diluted in a glass of water, mix and….
add the prawns. and…
and the previously toasted sesame seeds.
Sauté in the pan for a few moments and then serve.
