I bought these bitter greens at the supermarket without ever having tasted them.. I had heard they were very bitter, inedible but very good for the liver because they’re purifying, so I got down to it and improvised a little recipe….not bad! The bitterness is almost unnoticeable, maybe because I soaked them with lemon or maybe for the addition of soy sauce👌

Ingredients
- oz 10.5 Bitter greens
- oz 7 Chicken breast
- 1 lemon
- to taste butter
- to taste oil
- to taste soy sauce
- to taste flour
Steps
Wash them and peel with a vegetable peeler. Cut them into sticks
Let them rest in water and lemon for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into strips and flour it.
Cook.
Drain the greens from the water and put them in a pan with a knob of butter.
Add soy sauce to taste and half a glass of water.
When the meat is cooked, add it to the bitter greens.
