Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 lemon juice

Steps
Whip the egg whites.
Add the sugar to the yolks,
and the grated zest of one lemon.
Whip.
Add the oil, milk, and juice of half a lemon to the mixture
Add the flour,
potato starch, and baking powder.
Mix well until you get a smooth and lump-free batter.
Add the whipped egg whites, fold them gently from bottom to top to keep them fluffy.
Place in a pre-greased and floured tin and bake in a hot oven at 356°F for 45 minutes.
