Grandma’s Bundt Cake

  • 6.76 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1 baking powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 grated lemon zest

Steps

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture.
    Add the oil.

  • Add the potato starch mixed with baking powder, the flour, and the grated lemon zest.

  • bake in the oven at 356°F for 30/35 minutes
