Ingredients
- 4 cups Manitoba flour (or Caputo cloud flour)
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 10 salt
- 1 egg
- as needed milk
- 1 oz arugula
- 9 oz prosciutto crudo
- as needed mayonnaise
- 2 tomatoes
How to make Savory Stuffed Brioche Bread
Place the flour and the yeast in a large bowl
Gradually pour in the lukewarm milk, then add the egg, oil, and salt.
Knead well to form a dough ball and let it rise for 2 hours until it doubles in size in the oven off with the light on
After resting, divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Arrange the balls spaced apart, in a Bundt pan with a diameter of 9.5-10 inches, lightly buttered.
Let it rise again for another 30 minutes, bake at 356°F in static mode for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with milk twice.
Once cooled, cut in half and fill with a couple of teaspoons of mayonnaise, arugula, tomatoes seasoned with salt and oregano, and prosciutto crudo.
