Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 3 eggs (medium)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsps milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- to taste vanilla essence
Tools
- 1 Electric whisk
- 1 Mold bundt
Steps
In a bowl, combine the sugar with the eggs using an electric whisk
Beat until you get a foamy mixture
Add the oil
the milk
the sifted flours
and the baking powder
Mix with the whisk until well combined.
At this point, divide the batter into three equal parts
In one, add the cocoa and milk
in another, add the coffee
and in the last one, add the vanilla essence
After mixing everything, divide the mascarpone into three equal parts. Then put 85 g in one bowl,
85 in another
and 85 in the coffee batter.
At this point, pour the cocoa batter into a greased and floured mold.

Bake in a preheated traditional oven at 356°F for 45 minutes
