  • 9 oz carrots
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 container plain natural yogurt

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar, and start working with the electric beaters for a few minutes. Add the grated carrots, yogurt.

  • Add the oil, almond, and orange flavor and mix with the beaters. Add the flour gradually, mixing.

  • Finally, add the baking powder and mix the dough well. Transfer it to a cake mold. Level it off. Bake at 356°F for about 40/50 min.
