Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs potatoes
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 5 leaves sage
- 4 garlic cloves
- to taste salt, oil, and pepper

Steps
First, wash the whole potatoes well after peeling. Cut the potatoes into cubes on a cutting board.
Transfer them to a container to wash them and remove all the starch under running water
Dry them well and season them in a baking tray with oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 392°F for about 40 minutes
