FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
What cut of meat did you use?
For this recipe, I used rib chops, but neck chops (preferably boneless) also work well.
Can I use half oil and half butter for cooking the meat?
Yes, but be careful not to burn the butter as it has a much lower smoke point than oil.
I don’t have chives, what can I use?
Parsley, lemon balm, or basil; generally, a fresh-tasting herb.
With red onions, you can make RED ONION CHUTNEY.
