- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- zest of 2 oranges
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 orange juice
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Steps
Let’s start by putting oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk.
Add the orange zest, eggs, and continue beating until the mixture is fluffy and frothy.
Add the orange juice and flours to the mixture
Now we can incorporate the baking powder into the dough.
Butter and flour a mold and place our mixture inside.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for the first 10 minutes, then lower to 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Once baked, prepare the orange glaze.
Put the powdered sugar in a bowl and gradually add the juice, stirring until a fluid cream forms.
