Ingredients
- 1 sponge cake (22 cm)
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- as needed coconut flour (for garnishing)
- 5/8 cup water (hot, or milk if preferred)
- 1 tbsp sugar

Steps
First, make a cocoa sponge cake. You can find the recipe among the ingredients.
Prepare the delicious filling. Pour the mascarpone into a bowl
the unsweetened heavy cream
the powdered sugar
Beat well with the electric whisks
add the coconut flour
Stir well until the right consistency is achieved
Prepare the syrup by combining sugar with hot water. If you prefer, you can replace the water with milk or choose a favorite liquor diluted with water.
Cut the sponge cake in half and soak the first layer
Fill with half the cream
and spread evenly.
Soak the second layer and place it on the cake.
Using a spatula, spread the remaining cream on the sides as well.
Cover with more coconut flour.
