Steps
To prepare the Pavesini with hazelnut cream and coconut…
First, make the coffee using a 2-cup moka pot. Alternatively, you can use a coffee machine. Once ready, pour it into a bowl and let it cool down slightly.
While the coffee cools slightly, fill the Pavesini with hazelnut cream, about the amount of a teaspoon, and place another cookie on top. You should get a total of 27 pieces.
Once all the cookies are filled, dip them in the coffee (be careful not to soak them too much) and then roll them in the grated coconut placed in the other bowl until well covered.
As you make them, lay them on a tray. At the end, store the Pavesini with hazelnut cream and coconut in the refrigerator for at least half an hour if you want them colder, otherwise, you can enjoy them immediately ready.
