Kale chips in air fryer
A delicious recipe great to make when we want to snack on something but want to avoid chips or similar. A healthy snack made of kale that once tasted you won’t be able to do without, indeed you will like it and it will immediately enter your daily menu. In the past, I made these chips in the oven and I must say they are very good, but in the air fryer they come out even better because they are even crunchier! So choose whether to make them in the oven or in the air fryer! For seasoning, you can indulge yourself according to your personal taste with any type of spices, seeds, etc. After the holidays especially if you want to be a little careful I recommend trying these chips as a snack, you will like them a lot and you can eat them without feeling guilty! Try them and let me know what you think!

Steps
The preparation of kale chips in air fryer is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to clean the kale, take one leaf at a time and remove the hard strip (the central one), you can watch the video with the complete procedure HERE. Wash the leaves well and let them drain well. Put some paper towels and place the kale leaves on top.
Dry them well by patting with another paper towel. Arrange the leaves one at a time in a row (they must not overlap) in the basket of the fryer. Brush them with a little extra virgin olive oil and add spices and/or seeds to taste (chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, ginger, turmeric, salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc.).
Cook at 392°F for about 5 min.
Enjoy your meal!
