Chocolate Roll 🍫

Ingredients for the chocolate roll:
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp water (Hot)
- 1 cup milk
- 5 1/2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- rum flavoring
Steps

Base preparation:
First, we need to separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the sugar to the egg whites and whip with an electric mixer. Add the yolks, a pinch of salt, the hot water, and whip until a light creamy mixture is obtained.
Add the oil, the flour, the sifted cocoa little by little, mixing to avoid lumps. Gradually incorporate the whipped egg whites with gentle movements from top to bottom.
Pour into a mold lined with parchment paper, level it, and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Once baked
immediately place another sheet of parchment paper on top and flip it. Remove the attached paper and roll it. Let it cool.
Cream preparation:
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and starch
Add the cocoa and mix. Gradually add the milk while stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps. Bring it to the heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
Once thickened, turn off the heat. Add the butter and some rum flavoring.
Mix together. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool.
Assembly:
Unroll the cold roll and spread the well-cooled cream over the entire surface, leaving the end part empty.
Roll it up and wrap it in parchment paper, then refrigerate for a few hours. After a few hours, cut off the two ends
decorate with powdered sugar.
