Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup butter (soft)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 5 oz white chocolate
- as needed sliced almonds

Steps
In a bowl, add the butter that we left at room temperature 30 minutes before
Add powdered sugar
Mix with an electric whisk
The mixture should be creamy
Add an egg
Continue mixing the mixture with the whisks
Add the flour with cocoa
and add them in two steps by sifting
Work them well until the powders are absorbed.
Place in a piping bag with a star nozzle
