Nutella Cookie Tart easy and delicious recipe. Perfect for a family snack, it combines the crumbly taste of shortcrust pastry with the creamy heart of the legendary spread, and above all, it is really simple to make! A variant of the classic Nutella tart, also try the version of the soft Nutella tart. Unlike the classic tart, the cookie tart is baked in a smart mold (the one with the ridge), perfect for holding the Nutella, but if you prefer, you can also use pistachio cream and add chopped pistachios for garnish. How to Make Nutella Cookie Tart
In a bowl, place the flour, baking powder, sugar, “vanillin,” eggs, and finally the softened butter cut into pieces.
Mix everything well, then form a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for an hour.
After the resting time, take the shortcrust pastry, remove a part to make 4 cookies, top with chocolate chips by pressing lightly.
Roll out the remaining part between two sheets of baking paper, and line a 9.5-inch smart mold, add chocolate chips on the bottom.
Bake the cookie tart at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip the tart onto a serving plate, fill with plenty of Nutella, and decorate with the prepared cookies.
