Well, this brie in crust cooked in the air fryer will elevate your gatherings with friends! After the Tomini in air fryer and Camembert in pastry in air fryer, I decided to leave you this recipe too! As with all my other Air fryer recipes this one is really simple!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz brie
- 1 egg
- all-purpose flour
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare cheese in crust in air fryer
Cut the brie into fairly large cubes, about 2×2 cm (3/4×3/4 inch).
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the brie cubes well spaced from each other.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for an hour.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Put the flour on a plate and the breadcrumbs on a second plate.
Now take the brie cubes, dip them first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Proceed in the same way for all the cheese cubes.
Preheat the air fryer to 392°F for one minute.
Place the breaded cheese pieces inside the fryer basket, spray them with extra virgin olive oil and start cooking at 392°F for 4 minutes.
Once cooked, serve the gooey cheese in crust immediately!
