- 1 panettone
- 2 cups oz whipping cream
- 9 oz oz mascarpone
- 6 oz oz sugar
- 6 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 cup oz milk

First, cut the panettone into not too thin slices. Line the mold with plastic wrap. Place one central slice of panettone and other slices on the edge. Cover any holes well with pieces of panettone.
Moisten with milk.
Cream preparation:
Put the cream, instant coffee, sugar, and mascarpone
Whip until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Put a layer of cream in the mold. Add another slice of panettone on top. Dampen.
Put the remaining cream and cover with pieces of panettone. Dampen it.
