Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.35 oz fresh yeast (less if you can let it rise for more hours)
- 6 tbsps butter (soft)
- 1 egg (medium)
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 drops vinegar

Steps
In the stand mixer, add the warm milk
the sugar
the yeast
Dissolve the yeast well
Add the flour
When the flour is well absorbed by the liquids, add the salt.
Add the soft butter little by little
Let the dough rise in the turned-off oven with the light on for two hours
It will rise to the top.
