Meatloaf Plumcake
A meatloaf shaped like a plumcake with the addition of bell pepper, cheese, and without eggs. A very simple and quick recipe to prepare (we can also prepare it and keep it ready in the freezer for any unexpected events) and excellent to serve any day of the year, from a simple family lunch to important celebrations like Christmas, Easter, New Year’s, etc. A main course that we can accompany with any type of side of vegetables to taste (Savoyard potatoes, Baked gratin zucchini, Cauliflower in air fryer). Ingredients for the Meatloaf Plumcake:
- 1 lb ground mixed meat
- 3 tbsps ml white wine
- 1/4 cup g cooking cream
- 1/4 cup g bread crumbs
- 1 onion
- Half sweet bell pepper
- 1.75 oz g cheese (To taste)
- salt
- 1.5 oz g Parmesan cheese
Steps

First, put some oil, the onion, and the chopped bell pepper in a pan and sauté. Let it cool down.
Combine the sauté with the ground meat. Add the wine, cream, Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, and mix well.
Place about half of the obtained mixture in a plumcake mold. Add the cheese in the center in pieces, then cover with the remaining mixture. Compact well.
Cook at 356°F for about 50 minutes.
