Cake pops
How cute are these lollipop-shaped sweets made of sponge cake and jam, covered with various types of chocolate and colorful sugar decorations! In my opinion, at a party, especially if you decide to have a mini dessert buffet, cake pops should definitely be there because they are visually appealing and convenient to serve since they are individually made! Cake pops are adored by everyone, from young to old, without age limits. This recipe is very simple and requires few ingredients that we can customize according to our preferences!

Ingredients for cake pops:
For every 3.5 oz of sponge cake, use one tablespoon of jam of your choice, so adjust according to how much sponge cake you have!
- 3.5 oz sponge cake
- 1 tablespoon jam
- sugar sprinkles (And other decorations as desired)
- dark chocolate
- white chocolate
Steps

First, we weigh and chop the sponge cake. Add the jam (one tablespoon for every 3.5 oz of sponge cake) and mix together. Take a little bit of the mixture at a time and shape it with your hands to create many small balls.
Put them in the freezer for about 30 min. Melt the white chocolate, put it in a glass, and dip the stick of the lollipop.
then immediately insert it into the ball taken from the freezer and then also dip the ball completely in chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drain and put colorful sugar sprinkles on top. Stand them up to let the chocolate harden. Proceed in this way with all of them and using also dark or milk chocolate.
