Pandoro Star with Amaretti and Berries
A simple Christmas dessert that is prepared in a few minutes and looks very cute! Pandoro/Panettone is never missing during the Christmas period, but instead of eating it plain, try this recipe. (Especially if you have some dinners with friends or family, or if you need to go to them and don’t know what to bring), you will surely make a great impression! I particularly love berries, but if you prefer, you can also use other types of fruit to your liking!

Ingredients for the Pandoro star with berries:
- 2 slices pandoro
- 3.4 oz milk
- 3.5 oz mascarpone
- 6.8 oz whipping cream
- 1.8 oz sugar
- amaretti
- 0.7 oz strawberry syrup ((berries))
Steps
The preparation of the Pandoro star with berries is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to cut two slices of pandoro from the larger part. Place the first slice (the larger one). Mix the milk with the berry syrup and soak the pandoro.
In a bowl, put the mascarpone, cream, and sugar, and whip with an electric mixer until you get a thick and homogeneous cream. Transfer it into a piping bag and put a layer of cream (about half) over the soaked slice.
Crumble the amaretti on top. Place the other slice of pandoro on top, soak it, and then cover with the remaining cream.
Add more crumbled amaretti on top and decorate as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
